ABOUT OUR BIRTHDAY PARTIES
What We Provide
- Our Art Studio and Party Fun Room for 2.5 hours.
- An Art Party Instructor and a Party Coordinator
- A fun art project and each guests takes home their creation
- 3 games played with prizes for the winners
- A birthday crown for the birthday boy or girl
- Aprons for each guest
- Party music
- Two tables for your food, beverage, and decor, along with black tablecloths
Party Fees
- Our parties are $25 per person. Anyone participating in the activities and games are charged a fee.
- We require a minimum number of 10 guests to book a party and our maximum number of guests is 16. These numbers include the birthday boy or girl.
- Payment is due in full at the time of booking.
- The party fee per person includes all materials, instruction, games, and prizes.

The Party Schedule
Our parties are 2.5 hours. We offer two Saturday party options: 10:00 am and 2:00 pm. Please be sure to arrive 15 mins before your party start time to load in your items and add any decorations you’d like. You may arrive by 9:45am for 10:00am parties and by 1:45pm for 2:00 pm parties. Please plan accordingly and notify your guests. This ensures your party will stop and end on-time. Parties start promptly before
- (15 mins) Arrive and Game #1
As you load in and greet your guests, we help to get them ready for fun and play a fun guessing game
- (1.5 hrs) Your Art Project
Guests will have a blast art-making and getting to take home their creation!
- (15 mins) Game #2 and Game #3
We play two fun games that are big kid-pleasers, with fun prizes for the winners!
- (30 mins) Time for Food, Cake, and Party Wrap-Up
Bring in your favorite food, cake, and enjoy time together as your fun party comes to a close. We’ll wrap up with a big thanks and hand each guest their finished art project to take home with them.
How to Book a Party
Please reserve your date at least 30 calendar days in advance. We do not offer a refund, cancellation, or transfer/reschedule on birthday parties.
